Training courses that make the dialogue happen!

In 2026 the Open Dialogues International Foundation is excited to launch new ideas relating to educational activities.

We will be running a series of training courses focusing on intercultural dialogue, peaceful communication, personal development and community impact. Our objective is that these courses provide you with an exceptional opportunity to learn the value of dialogue and its application in the real world.

Training Course 1: Resolving Conflict Through Dialogue - 8 MAY 2026

Welcome to our first training event - Resolving Conflict Through Dialogue!

In this workshop, you will learn what dialogue is, how we can use dialogue to address conflict meaningfully, and what collaboration means in the context of disagreement. We will discuss the definitions of conflict, communication, and dialogue, and then explore various challenges to dialogue and ways of solving them, with a special focus on intercultural and local community contexts. Thanks to our practical exercises, you will have the chance to experience the differences between different types of communication, as well as to solve conflict scenarios through dialogue yourself.
