WHAT IS DialogueON?
DIalogueON is a monthly online series that creates space for open, inclusive, and meaningful conversations on important social and environmental issues. Rooted in the belief that dialogue is a powerful tool for change, DialogueON invites participants not only to listen, but to actively share their experiences, perspectives, and reflections. The focus of DialogueON is dialogue itself. Instead of a Q&A, each event is designed to foster genuine exchange between speakers and participants, encouraging mutual learning and collective insight. DialogueON reflects the core values of the Open Dialogues International Foundation (ODIF): inclusivity, equity, and the power of diverse voices coming together.
Each month, DialogueON explores a different topic that is closely connected to ODIF’s mission of inclusive and equitable dialogue. Past events have addressed themes such as Women in Policy, Youth Participation, Measuring Success in the Climate Space, and Eco-Anxiety, offering participants a platform to engage with complex issues from multiple perspectives.

RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

In 2025, DialogueON hosted 8 webinars that brought together over 165 participants and 16 expert speakers. Through persistent and open dialogue, these events raised awareness of more than 20 social and environmental issues, while giving participants a meaningful opportunity to contribute their own voices and lived experiences. We are excited to continue building on this momentum in 2026 and beyond.
In January 2026, DialogueON hosted an interactive workshop that stepped away from conventional panel discussions and invited participants into a more embodied and participatory experience. Titled “Inner Transition: Mind-Body Approaches to Navigate Eco-Anxiety and Strengthen Inner Transition,” the session explored how caring for our inner worlds is essential for sustaining long-term engagement in climate and environmental action.

At a time when eco-anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm are increasingly common, the workshop created a safe and practical space to acknowledge these emotions, understand them, and explore ways to transform them into resilience and meaningful action. Rather than framing eco-anxiety as something to fix or suppress, the session recognized it as a natural response to the ecological crisis—and a potential source of insight, connection, and motivation when held with care.
